Since 1976, IHCRC has been an important part of the local American Indian community. IHCRC is dedicated to providing the best services possible in a way that is understanding of American Indian culture. All services provided at IHCRC are free.

Eligibility to Receive Health Services
Any individual who holds a Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card from a federally recognized tribe is eligible to receive healthcare at IHCRC. Non-American Indian children under the age of 18 who have an American Indian parent or an American Indian guardian also qualify for care. Non-American Indian women who are pregnant with an American Indian child are eligible for prenatal and postpartum care.
New Patient Enrollment
To open a chart with IHCRC, all new patients are required to fill out the New Patient Packet via our paperwork portal Docusign.
New patients need to provide the following documentation when filling out the New Patient Packet:

CDIB or Tribal membership card

Driver’s license or state photo identification for adults

Social Security number

Insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid (Soonercare) information

Children 18 and under – birth certificate

Newborns and children under 1 – birth certificate or birth record, Social Security Card if available
Once the New Patient Packet is completed, it takes 24 to 48 hours for a new chart to be made. After that time, an appointment can be scheduled by calling (918) 588-1900.

Closures
The clinic is closed the first Wednesday of each month and on all federal holidays.
For medical emergencies, dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
