Note: Fitness classes are for active IHCRC patients and are now located at IHCRC 530.

CURRENT PROGRAM ACTIVITIES

  • Individual in-person exercises

  • Chair Yoga: Noon Wednesdays (excluding first Wednesday each month)

  • Chair Strength Training: 9:00 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays

  • Tai Chi: 12:15 p.m. Thursdays

  • Running Strong run club

  • Workouts with Jordin

  • Youth activities

  • IHCRC 530 Fitness Center: Open to active patients
