About the Event
Nothing fosters connection and conversation like coffee! Get to know more members of our American Indian elder community with Coffee Hour & A Half!
Each month, you can sample our favorite blends of coffee. Plus, the CDC notes that healthy aging includes social well-being. Staying socially connected and engaged with others is a healthy (and fun!) habit, and can also improve your emotional and mental well-being.
This event is intended for IHCRC patients ages 60 and older. Elder caregivers and partners are also welcome. If you are unable to attend after registering, please reach out to cancel your RSVP.
