About the Event
Tea & Topics, happening on the third Tuesday of each month, offers American Indian elders time to gather over a comforting cup of tea (or coffee!) to connect and explore informative health-related topics together. This month’s Tea and Topics will feature guest speaker Jorjana Marx of Oklahoma Senior Law. Jorjana is a Cherokee Nation citizen and specializes in elder law. She will be discussing the legal considerations of aging and how seniors and families can plan for long-term care costs.
This event is offered to elders within the community ages 60 and older. Elder caregivers and partners are also welcome.
