A New Reminder System

We are introducing a new appointment reminder system to make it easier for you to stay informed and manage your upcoming visits. This system will include both automated phone calls and text message reminders, giving you more flexibility in how you receive notifications.

Initial Enrollment Call
You will receive an automated phone call from our main clinic number (918-588-1900) with a reminder about your appointment. During this call, you will have the option to enroll in text message reminders instead of continuing with phone calls.

If you choose to enroll, you will be prompted to enter your cell phone number. Once enrolled, future reminders will be sent by text.

Ongoing Appointment Reminders
You can receive reminders in one of two ways:

Phone Calls
Automated calls will continue to come from our main clinic number (918-588-1900). During the call, you will have the option to connect to our phone system if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Text Messages
Text reminders will be sent from (918-212-2225). These messages are automated and are not monitored, so please do not reply with questions.

You can respond to text messages using the following options:

• C to confirm your appointment

• X to cancel your appointment

• R to request to reschedule

Timing of Reminders
Text reminders will be sent approximately 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Messages will be delivered between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
