JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting with recruitment and staffing needs for an outpatient Native American health clinic. Conducting interviews with potential candidates and communicating with managers to schedule interviews at appropriate times.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms such as UKG Website, Indeed, and LinkedIn etc. to source potential candidates.

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings.

  • Support the recruitment team in conducting background checks and reference checks.

  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.


REQUIRED LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, EDUCATION, SPECIALIZED SKILLS

  • High School diploma or equivalent.  Some college courses in Human Resources or equivalent preferred.

  • 3+ years’ experience in similar position.  Medical office environment preferred.

  • Current driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of auto insurance.

  • Organized and detail oriented.  Self-starter.

  • Intermediate computer skills. Familiarity with MS Word and Excel.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
