Indian Health Service’s annual summit encouraging fitness among American Indian elders is coming to Tulsa! Elders will have the chance to meet with their peers, win raffles, and engage in educational and fitness activities.

Indian Health Service’s annual summit promoting fitness and wellness among American Indian Elders is coming to Tulsa! This exciting event offers elders the opportunity to meet with peers, win raffle prizes, and take part in a variety of educational and fitness activities, including:

Chair-based exercises designed to support all levels of mobility and fitness

Cardio drumming, gourd dancing, and hands-on gardening sessions

Guest speakers and area resources focusing on healthy aging, Alzheimer’s care, brain health, creating a multisector plan on aging, and much more
