About the Event

Indian Health Care Resource Center is gearing up for our first ever fall festival at Firey Trails of Tulsa. This year’s event will be held on October 21st and will feature a variety of fun activities for the whole family.

The night will include a hay ride around the center’s property. Guests can enjoy some old-fashioned autumn games and end the night in front of a campfire with hot dogs and smores.

For the younger set, there will be a costume contest for youth in grades K-5, as well as a pumpkin carving contest.

We are excited to come together with families and enjoy some good old-fashioned fun. We look forward to seeing you there!

If you are only interested in Fall Festival at this time, please do NOT register. ONLY register if you WILL be attending.

We base our food purchases and costs on the number of people attending. Registering and NOT attending keeps others from attending. It is also wastes money that we could be spending on other activities for our youth.

If you need to cancel, please try to do so at least one week before the event by emailing Jacobi (jallison@ihcrc.org). We understand things sometimes happen last minute. Please don’t make a habit of cancelling at the last minute.
