JOB SUMMARY

The Office Clerk provides vital support to the Accounting Department by accurately scanning, filing, and maintaining financial records to ensure the integrity and organization of accounting data. This Office Clerk also assists the Purchasing Clerk as needed, contributing to smooth daily operations and maintaining strong internal service and accountability standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Accurately scans and files accounts payable, deposits, journal vouchers, etc. according to established procedures.

Disposes of hard copy and electronic files according to established procedures.

Receives deliveries and covers for purchasing clerk during lunch and other periods, on a daily basis.

Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, EDUCATION, SPECIALIZED SKILLS

High school diploma or equivalent.

1 year office clerk experience. 

Intermediate computer skills.
