About the Event

IHCRC's Walk N Weights is a fun 8 week class that's good for the body and the soul.  Class will be held virtually through Zoom on Tuesday and Thursdays beginning March 30, 2021. Class begins at 1pm and last no more than 30 minutes. 

This class is best for individuals with beginner to intermediate fitness levels. You will need to stand for 30 minutes. 

3 to 5 pound dumbbells are required for the class. If you need assistance with weights, please let us know. 

You must also complete the following forms in order to complete your registration.
