Stacie Nutt, B.S., SHRM-SCP

Chief Human Resource Officer

Stacie Nutt joined IHCRC in early 2007 as the Human Resource Director and was promoted to Chief Human Resource Officer in early 2014. In her role, she oversees the ongoing development and administration of all Human Resource programs and services, provider Credentialing administration, and the Continuous Quality Improvement program. She serves as a source of guidance, support, and assistance to department heads, supervisors and staff in the identification, documentation and resolution of employee relations issues; and provides counsel and mentoring to the management team regarding relevant laws, regulations and business requirements. Stacie is also in charge of ensuring the successful AAAHC re-accreditation effort, as well as Policy & Procedure controls and enforcement. Stacie’s goal in making business decisions and communicating to staff and management is to never let personal agendas or emotions drive opinions, assumptions or determinations. Her professional mantra throughout her career has always been “here to serve!” which is why she enjoys working in the non-profit healthcare environment. Stacie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and she achieved her Professional in Human Resources certification in 1999. Stacie maintains an active membership in both the Tulsa Area Human Resource Association and the national Society of Human Resource Management.
