JOB SUMMARY

The Recruiting Specialist will support IHCRC’s recruitment and hiring needs by managing day-to-day recruitment responsibilities while maintaining alignment with our organization’s workforce planning policies and compliance standards. The Recruitment Specialist will function as an operational recruiter, focusing on nonexempt and high-volume positions for the clinic. The Recruitment Specialist will conduct interviews with potential candidates and communicate with managers to schedule interviews at appropriate times.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms such as UKG Website, Indeed, and LinkedIn etc. to source potential candidates.
Recruit for entry-level, nonexempt, and high-volume job openings.
Manage the candidate pipeline by sourcing our job boards, and UKG ATS for clinical support roles, administrative, and other hourly roles.
Conduct initial screenings and scheduling interviews for assigned job requisitions.
Support the clinic’s workforce growth, while aligning with IHCRC’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with onboarding and orientation for all new hires, references, background checks, drug screens, etc.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings.
Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Processes employment applications, logs as appropriate for EEO and AAP data tracking.

REQUIRED LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, EDUCATION, SPECIALIZED SKILLS
High School diploma or equivalent. Some college courses in Human Resources or equivalent preferred.
1+ years’ experience in similar position. Medical office environment preferred.
Current driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of auto insurance.
Organized and detail oriented. Self-starter.
Intermediate computer skills. Familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Mostly sedentary. Must be able to sit in a chair most of the day to do the work. Must be able to maneuver the body while sitting and using a computer keyboard. Minimal standing, walking, bending, carrying of light items (up to 15 pounds) such as papers, books, files, and lifting of mail baskets and office items.
