About the Event
The perfect way to start your day is to challenge yourself with IHCRC Fitness Educator Jennie H.’s Circuit Workout, every Tuesday and Thursday morning!
This virtual full body wake-up workout is designed to build strength, endurance, and agility! Circuit Workout is a moderate-to-high intensity class that features a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and cardio bursts.
This is an intermediate-level class, for those with a basic fitness foundation that can stand for 30 minutes at a time. Weights and resistance bands are needed for this class, but are available upon request for those who need these items.
Please note: This class is open to active IHCRC patients with a doctor’s exercise referral. If you do not have a referral, please e-mail Jennie H. at jhoward@ihcrc.org. Virtual session links will be sent out the morning of the workout.
