About the Event

In collaboration with Ability Resources and INCOG the Area Agency on Aging, IHCRC is proud to offer an evidence-based Tai Chi class. Tai Chi is clinically proven to mitigate fall risks, enhance balance, lower high blood pressure, and improve overall physical condition by alleviating pain and stiffness. Additionally, Tai Chi contributes to better sleep quality. Embracing the wisdom of the medicine wheel, we are reminded to pursue a state of complete health and balanced well-being. Tai Chi stands as an exceptional means to achieve these ends. 

Tai Chi is a 23-class course, where concepts build each class, and by registering for this event, you are enrolling in all 23 classes.
