About the Event
Come "Beat the Heat" with IHCRC's Family Fun and Fitness at the High Point Urban Adventures ropes course, 1006 N Quaker Tulsa, OK. Come and enjoy fitness and fun through a challenging adventure! This event is planned for approx. 5-hours with a 30-45 minute lunch break. This event will be for families; with a children age minimum of 8 years old. Spots are limited so please make sure to register!
