About the Event

What Can I Eat? is an educational series on learning how to improve your nutrition/eating habits. In this class (Protein and Meal Planning) you will learn how to use MyPlate to plan healthy meals, learn about proteins and how these help our bodies, as well as learning a new mindfulness technique.

What Can I Eat? Course Classes:

  1. Carbs and MyPlate
  2. Fitting Sweet Foods into a Healthy Diet
  3. Protein and Meal Planning (this class)
  4. Fat, Salt, and Eating Away from Home

These events are open to anyone with or without diabetes. Can't make this date? No worries! This new cooking series will be ongoing through 2024 (new class schedule each quarter).
