Dancing is a great way to get moving! If you hate exercise but want to move, this class is for you. Class every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00am.

About the Event
IHCRC's Dance, Dance, Dance is a fun on-going class for those who dislike exercise but need to move. Class will be held virtually through Zoom every Tuesday and Thursday. Class begins at 10:00am and last no more than 30 minutes.
This class is best for any fitness level as long as you can stand for 30 minutes and LOVE to dance!
