About the Event
Nothing fosters connection and conversation like coffee! Get to know more members of our American Indian elder community with Coffee Hour & A Half! This month's guest speaker will be, Raveen Jeffers with the Autoimmune Association.
Each month, you can sample our favorite blends of coffee. Plus, the CDC notes that healthy aging includes social well-being. Staying socially connected and engaged with others is a healthy (and fun!) habit, and can also improve your emotional and mental well-being.
This event is offered to IHCRC patients ages 60 and older. Elder caregivers and partners are also welcome. Registration is required to attend. If you are unable to attend after registering, please reach out to cancel your RSVP.
