About the Event
Please join us as we partner with the American Heart Association to host Go Red for Native Heart Health. We have a variety of fun and educational activities planned for the day including a cooking demonstration from Chef Nico Albert and a hands-on demonstration of the CPR procedure. This event is open to community members ages 18 and older. Registration is required for attendance.
Itinerary:
10:00 AM - Doors Open - We will offer refreshments and light snacks
10:30 AM - Opening Announcements with Blessing
10:45 AM - Group Photo - Please wear RED!
11:00 AM - Chef Nico Cooking Demo
Noon - Lunch Break - Provided
12:45 PM - CPR Demo with Hands-on Demonstration
1:20 PM - Closing - Announcements and Door Prize Drawings
1:30 - 2:00 PM - Vendors and Swag Bags
PLEASE NOTE: No certifications will be given out for CPR at this time. If interested in receiving a CPR certification, we will have a sign-up table available at the event in partnership with the American Heart Association.
