Tea & Topics, happening every third Tuesday of each month, offers American Indian elders time to gather over a comforting cup of tea (or coffee!) to connect and explore informative health-related topics together.
Upcoming topics include:
June 17: Protecting Our Elders: IHCRC Licensed Clinical Social Worker Elizabeth Duncklee will lead a heartfelt conversation on recognizing and preventing elder abuse to safeguard our loved ones.
July 15: Path to Vitality: Let’s talk about movement, wellness, and aging with strength and joy in this community-focused discussion.
Aug. 19: Stay Strong: Arm yourself with knowledge to stay healthy and resilient during cold and flu season.
This event is offered to IHCRC patients ages 65 and older. Elder caregivers and partners are also welcome.
