Thank you for your interest in our meeting space. In order for us to ensure that IHCRC program, meeting, and group space needs are met, all outside space requests must be made through this form.
Please read the Room Rental Guidelines and Rules before completing the request. Our space may not work for everyone based on certain limitations. Beginning January 1, 2018 we will be charging a $50 room rental fee for nonprofits and a $100 room rental fee if your company is for profit. These fees cover our costs associated with set-up and clean-up. We also encourage but do not require for profit entities to make a donation in the amount of their choosing in addition to the $100 basic rental fee. All fees help maintain our building for patient services. Please do NOT pay your fee until IHCRC has verified your meeting date. The fee may be paid online by credit card or ACH.
IHCRC currently only has two rooms available in its event center. These rooms can also be opened into one large room that will easily seat 75. Please check the calendar below for room availability.
