About the Event
IHCRC's Chair Exercise Class or Seated Sweaters as we like to call it, is a fun 8 week class for those who have difficulty standing but need to exercise. Class will be held virtually through Zoom on Tuesday and Thursdays beginning April 13, 2021. Class begins at 9:00am and last no more than 30 minutes.
This class is best for people with limited mobility individuals who cannot stand for 30 minutes, or people with balance issuess.
You will need a chair, 3 to 5 pound dumbbells and resistance bands for this class. Ask us about assistance with those items if you do not have them available.
