We lovingly refer to this as our Seated sweaters. Everyone wins with this on-going virtual class every Tuesday and Thursday.

About the Event

IHCRC's Chair Exercise Class or Seated Sweaters as we like to call it, is a fun ongoing class for those who have difficulty standing but need to exercise.  The class will be held virtually through Zoom every Tuesday and Thursday. Class begins at 9:00 am and lasts no more than 30 minutes. 

This class is best for people with limited mobility, individuals who cannot stand for 30 minutes, or people with balance issues. 

You will need a chair, 3 to 5-pound dumbbells, and resistance bands for this class. Ask us about assistance with those items if you do not have them available.
