About the Event

IHCRC's Chair Exercise Class or Seated Sweaters as we like to call it, is a fun on-going class for those who have difficulty standing but need to exercise.  Class will be held virtually through Zoom every Tuesday and Thursdays. Class begins at 9:00am and last no more than 30 minutes. 

This class is best for people with limited mobility individuals who cannot stand for 30 minutes, or people with balance issuess. 

You will need a chair, 3 to 5 pound dumbbells and resistance bands for this class. Ask us about assistance with those items if you do not have them available. 

You must also complete the following forms in order to complete your registration.
