Clinical Dietitian

Responsible for patient health education, completing grant duties and complying with diabetes accreditation standards. Dietitians will provide one-one-one clinical education to patients regarding prevention and management of a variety of diseases and conditions. Dietitians will provide group education classes to promote healthy lifestyle changes and management of health conditions/disease. Dietitians are part of a clinical education team and may have other duties related to the department goals and overall strategic plan of IHCRC.

Therapist - Child

This child therapist provides behavioral health outpatient therapy to children and adolescents and collaborates with other staff serving pediatric patients to provide comprehensive treatment.

Pharmacy Clerk

The Pharmacy Clerk is responsible for working closely with the patients, facilitating conversation between the patient and Pharmacist. Among other duties the pharmacy clerk also inputs patient refill requests and disperses medications.

SOC Care Coordinator

Communicates support services/case management with patients while reporting directly to the SOC Program Director.

Referral Coordinator

Process referrals to completion to facilitate coordination of care for patients.

Youth Program Coordinator

Plan and implement activities for American Indian youth and their families that promote good health and positive development. Serve as a content expert on Native American youth issues, speak in public/teach, and facilitate group conversation that promote a safe space and opportunity for learning within schools and other organizations. Maintain good relationships with individual and community partners. Works with Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Systems of Care, Health and Wellness, and the respective IHCRC youth program committees so they can implement best practice standards to promote organizational quality and the safety of youth.

Pharmacist

IHCRC pharmacists are healthcare professionals responsible for the safe dispensing of medications to patients as prescribed by clinic medical providers. Pharmacists assist in the supervision of the daily workings of the pharmacy and its staff, research patient medication histories, allergies and drug interactions, verify prescriptions, consult with insurance, and provide comprehensive counseling to patients, among other duties. They work closely with both nursing and provider staff to best take care of patients’ medication needs.

Prior Authorizations/Utilzation Review Nurse

The Prior Authorization/Utilization Review Nurse is responsible for carefully recording information regarding patient care on the back end of the clinic and doctor's office visits in hopes of keeping healthcare costs low for both patients and the organization.

Transportation Driver

To provide safe transportation for our patients to and from our clinic to their homes. Providing patients with excellent customer service skills and professional conversation during transportation.

Fundraising Specialist

The role of the Fundraising Specialist is to increase awareness of the fundraiser, its cause, and to generate donations. Takes initiative to spot fundraising opportunities, develop relationships with potential donors, and manage fundraising campaigns. The Fundraising Specialist coordinates events, writes proposals, recruits, and leads volunteers.

Licensed Practical Nurse

Competent team player with basic healthcare skills to prepare examination rooms, assist with exams, maintain patient records, and manage provider schedules. Demonstrate technical, critical thinking skills necessary to complete job. Provide patient care that is caring, effective, and evidence based.

Medical HR Recruiter

Responsible for assisting with recruitment and staffing needs for an outpatient Native American health clinic. Conducting interviews with potential candidates and communicating with managers to schedule interviews at appropriate times.
