Patient Business Office
The patient billing staff manages patient reception and bills third party payors, including Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance. Keeping Indian Health Care running smoothly requires close attention to both the business of health care as well as the delivery of clinical services. IHCRC's eligibility staff helps enroll eligible women and children in Oklahoma's SoonerCare program. The eligibility staff also manages refurals and assists patients with social service needs. A patient assistance compassionate care program helps income-eligible clients qualify for no-cost medications.
Patient Transportation
Free transportation is available for patients on a limited basis without a means to get to our health center. Transportation should be scheduled at the time you make your clinic appointmet. Our facility is also served with a Tulsa Transit bus stop.
Eligibility
Any Indian who is a member of a federally recognized tribe and his or her children under the age of 18 are welcome at Indian Health Care Resource Center. We charge for services on a sliding fee scale, based upon household income and family size. No one is denied care due to inability to pay. SoonerCare, Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurances are accepted.
